The Cravern Group is seeking a high-caliber, multi-disciplinary Senior Product Manager to serve as a foundational leader within our Ulaanbaatar Division. This is a unique, "hybrid" leadership role designed for a professional who thrives at the intersection of Software Development, Business Analysis, and strategic Product Ownership. As the CEO’s primary deputy in Mongolia, you will bridge the gap between high-level vision and technical execution, managing on-site technical resources and ensuring that our service lines—from Project Services to Information Intelligence—are delivered with precision. You won’t just be managing products; you will be building the operational framework that allows our Mongolian office to thrive as a high-performance hub.
Beyond technical oversight, this role is a strategic play for the Central Asian and Russian markets. We are looking for a proactive leader who is ready to take full ownership of the product lifecycle while navigating the nuances of regional client needs. You will be instrumental in scaling the local team, optimizing our service delivery, and maintaining continuity when global leadership is off-site. For a candidate fluent in English—with Russian language skills as a distinct advantage—this is an opportunity to move beyond standard management and into a role where you are the primary architect of a growing regional powerhouse.
