Interasia Energy Mongolia imports, stores and sells diesel across Mongolia. Our clients are mining companies and large fuel buyers. Our trading team works between Ulaanbaatar and Singapore, and deals move fast.
We are hiring someone to sit at the centre of that work. You will be the link between our trading desk, our clients and our senior management. That means you talk to clients every day, keep deals moving, and translate in meetings where real decisions get made.
This is not an assistant role. You will own client communication on live deals and be in the room with executives. If you are sharp, curious about business and want to learn trading from the inside, this role grows with you.
What you will do
• Be the daily contact for our clients: orders, deliveries, documents, payment follow up.
• Support the Deal Desk: prepare offers and contracts, track deals from order to payment.
• Translate in meetings between management, clients, suppliers and government (Mongolian and English, both ways).
• Translate and draft business letters, contracts and reports.
• Keep client records and deal files clean and up to date.
• Flag problems early: late payments, delivery issues, unhappy clients.
• Mongolian and English at a professional level, spoken and written. This is the core of the job. You will be tested.
• Confident with numbers: prices, volumes, invoices. We will train you on fuel trading.
• Business background: a degree in business, economics, finance or similar, or work experience in sales, trading, logistics or banking.
• Calm and clear in a room with senior people.
• Organised. You follow up without being asked.
A strong plus
• MBA or business graduate in foreign country
• Chinese, Korean or Russian.
• A translation certificate.
• Experience in energy, mining or commodities.
What we offer
• A seat on a trading desk with exposure to senior management and international deals.
• Training on fuel trading and deal management.
• Competitive salary, based on experience.
Please send your CV and cover letter in both English and Mongolia to
