Head of Human resources department

Key Responsibilities: • Partner closely with the Managing Director and Country Head on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. • Provide professional HR advice and recommendations to management on people-related matters. • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements. • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. • Monitor the implementation of HR controls and governance frameworks. • Lead internal and external HR audits and ensure prompt resolution of findings. • Oversee recruitment strategies and manpower planning. • Ensure performance management systems are effectively implemented. • Support leadership development and employee capability-building initiatives. • Review compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance. • Provide recommendations on salary adjustments, incentive programs, and employee welfare initiatives. • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. • Support management in conflict resolution and labor-related issues. • Ensure HR processes designed at Head Office are effectively implemented at site level.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field. • 8-10 years of relevant HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Strong experience in HR governance, compliance, policy development, and employee relations. • Experience in mining, industrial, or multinational environments is preferred. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices. • Occasional travel to the mine site may be required.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior management, develop and implement HR policies and frameworks, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and oversee HR operations executed at our mine site.
