• Define and lead the Group's long-term marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Lead, manage, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team of approximately 10 professionals, fostering strong collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. • Build and strengthen the marketing organization to deliver measurable business impact. • Drive sustainable growth through integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives. • Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement across the Group's portfolio. • Provide strategic oversight of brand management, digital marketing, CRM, communications, PR, creative production, events, and customer experience. • Own marketing planning, budgeting, KPI management, performance reporting, and ROI optimization. • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team on business growth and brand development. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 4+ years as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or an equivalent executive role. • Demonstrated success leading and developing marketing teams of 10 or more professionals. • Extensive experience managing multiple brands, business units, or product portfolios within a complex organization. • A proven ability to build brand equity while delivering measurable commercial growth, market expansion, and customer engagement. • Deep expertise across Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, CRM, Performance Marketing, PR, Corporate Communications, Events, Creative, and Customer Experience. • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ownership of marketing budgets, ROI optimization, and performance management. • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. • Professional working proficiency in English.
