Hr Business Partner

· Business Partnering · Provide advice and support to line managers to assist them to resolve ER issues including performance management and discipline. · HR Policy implementation at a local level · Work with the Regional HR Employee Services teams · Planning, advice and response to emerging issues · Coaching Managers one-to- one · Conduct investigations as required · Implementation of organizational wide projects at local level as required · Understanding of local collective agreements in the region, including negotiation involvements as required · Review of regional industrial relations trends and the provision of ER/IR advice to the business · May support Senior Manager in the delivery of the HR Monthly Dashboard report to the Functional streams within region / business unit.
