Sales and marketing department lead

Executive Duties: As our Sales & Marketing Manager, your main responsibility is to boost sales for our products and services, grow our market share, and promote our brand. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including organizing marketing campaigns and leading and organizing the sales team. This position requires knowledge of the mining sector, strategic marketing and sales process experience, and IT tool skills. We invite you to join our team and contribute to our business growth. ● Develop, obtain approval for, and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans ● Develop and execute marketing plans ● Lead, train, and organize the sales and marketing team ● Manage key strategic accounts, prepare price proposals, and handle direct sales ● Organize meetings and training sessions with clients in Ulaanbaatar (at least 3-4 times a month) ● Organize meetings and training sessions at client mine sites (at least once a quarter) ● Conduct market and competitor research, and analyze marketing results ● Prepare tender documentation and submit price quotes

Requirements: ● Graduated from a respected foreign university with a degree in Commerce or Business Administration ● Ability to perform data analysis ● High ethical standards and excellent communication skills ● High proficiency in written and spoken English ● Experience in social media management and digital marketing ● Experience with ERP systems (ability to use Power BI and AI is an advantage)
