SENIOR AUDITOR – AUDIT & ASSURANCE

This role offers the opportunity to lead audit engagements, mentor junior professionals, work closely with clients, and contribute to delivering high-quality audit services. Key Responsibilities • Lead and execute external audit engagements from planning through completion. • Supervise, coach, and review the work of junior audit team members. • Perform audit risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and develop appropriate audit procedures. • Review financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS. • Identify significant accounting, audit, and internal control issues and recommend practical solutions. • Communicate audit findings, engagement progress, and key matters to managers and clients. • Coordinate engagement timelines, team assignments, and deliverables. • Ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), professional ethics, and the firm's audit methodology.

Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 4 years of external audit experience. • Experience supervising junior auditors and coordinating audit fieldwork. • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and audit risk assessment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical accounting skills. • Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities. • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit-related tools. • Good command of English, both written and spoken. • Strong professional ethics, integrity, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications • ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification, completed or in progress. • Previous experience with an international audit firm. • Experience auditing clients across multiple industries.
