Service Manager - Engineering (Construction)

Service Manager - Engineering (Construction) is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and successfully delivering construction projects in accordance with approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, budgets, and project schedules. • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and engineering projects from initiation to completion. • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure efficient project execution. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and progress to ensure timely delivery. • Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies. • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues to maintain quality and compliance. • Manage project risks, costs, and resources while driving continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare project progress reports and communicate updates to management and stakeholders. • Lead, coach, and develop project teams while promoting a strong safety culture and high performance. • Coordinate with government authorities and relevant departments to secure required permits, inspections, and approvals.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, engineering, or facilities management. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and occupational health & safety regulations. • Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD). • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines. • PMP certification or project management training is an advantage. • Good command of English is preferred. *This vacancy will remain open until a suitable applicant is appointed.
